Update
Yesterday, me and my family had such a fun time with our cousins and grandparents! We started the day out with swimming. We jumped in through the inter tubes which was a lot of fun! Me and one of my cousins went underwater and did some cool tricks as well. At one point, my brother took all of the floats in the pool and made a raft for himself. Here is him on his raft, me photo-bombing, and my cousin behind the raft:
After that, we went to my cousin's house to play video games. After a few races in Mario kart, we all headed over to our grandparents house to have some dinner and dessert. Although we planned on play charades, this is what it turned into... everyone playing volleyball and me learning how to volleyballπ.
While me, my cousins, and the dads played volleyball, the others talked. Here is a picture of my grandparents, my mom, and my brother talking (My aunt would be in it but she was the one taking the volleyball picture so she wasn't there at the time)
Me and my cousin that's the same age as me played soccer for a little while on the side yard while the rest talked. That's why I couldn't blog last night, I got home pretty late because everyone talked so late into the night and me and my cousin just kept on playing soccer. Speaking of blogging, I have been making a huge commitment lately- blogging every night when instead I could be talking with my brother or doing something that I didn't have time for in the day. I also sometimes do not have a lot to talk about like today, the only really big thing I did was finish a book. So, from now on, a blog post will come out each Saturday explaining what I did some certain days of the week but not the days that I didn't do anything. I will still post my chapters of my book every night because I know that everyone on my blog is longing for another chapter. I would post two chapters tonight to make up for last night but, the blog has caught up to me and I only have one more chapter left to post before I actually have to start writing again. But, I will post something that I did today. My third cousin, Summer Lane has written a dystopian series called the collapse series and I completely LOVE itπ. It's technically about how the world is ending but, I still love it. I started it this morning, then finished it this afternoon. Here is a link to Summer's website (When you go there, click on the collapse button if you are interested in the book that I am reading) But please do keep in mind that these are dystopian books and they are probably a lot darker than you are used to so don't say I didn't warn you! The good thing is that all for my cousins are into the books too and my brother has the whole entire series except for some books that have recently come out. Here is a picture of me below reading the book and also what the cover of the book looks like (The first book)
I know that this update to my blog may be a little frustrating for if you look for a post every day or morning but, it will make my nights easier. I hope everyone has a wonderful week and remember to stay positive! Stay safe! Bye!
At first I was like Noooo. But then I was like, at least I can still read the book. And Then I was like, wait! Am I going to have to wait for the book since you are going to have to start working on it again? Then I was like, whyyyy. But I completely understand. I mean, I certainly don't work on my blog a lot. (Not to mention every day like u do XD) -Hailey
ReplyDeleteOne more thing, if u are still interested in drawing, u should TOTALLY check out drawingwiffwaffles video about how she learned to draw hands, I just watched as it and it's a LIFESAVER! π if u are interested, the video is called 'my lazy way of drawing hands' -Hailey
DeleteOmg yess! Even though I haven't watched it yet, but it sounds Soooo helpful, also I wish I could make more DIY's or Speed art, but I've been having storage problems (it appears my kindle is on the path to breaking π)

DeleteHmm, interesting book cover (I went on the website, it was very confusing... π) π I think I'll stick to Nancy Drew and Keeper Of The Lost Cities, but I'm glad your enjoying it π (still waiting for the fourth Wings Of Fire Graphic novel π)-Brooklyn
ReplyDeleteYes, you have to learn to manage your time and not get overwhelmed. Nice shoutout to your cousin, Summer.
